Bob Ross : Relaxation and stress rejuvenation : ASMR
#1
When you travel for years on end and face long periods of stress, you sometimes need to find comfort wherever you can.  And as we all know, even the most loving of girls with the softest pillows for boobs doesn't do the job.  We can't rely on girls for this.

I've recently discovered another way of vegetating and relaxing by watching painting on Youtube. Specifically with a guy who died in 1995, called Bob Ross.

He has the most soothing voice and vibe I've ever witnessed, and it's really enjoyable to just kick back and watch him paint a beautiful landscape painting.

BTW ASMR means :
Quote:Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR), sometimes Auto Sensory Meridian Response, is an experience characterized by a static-like or tingling sensation on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine.

Here's an example - and you tell me - is this insanely relaxing and soothing?

That's awesome man, i listen to ASMR videos way too often because they're so relaxing and help me get a better sleep. Sometimes i put Bob Ross in youtube and what do you know, i find myself in the morning with my headphones still on and a bit of ear ache ?.

I was once on a date with a french girl, so i tell her how much i love ASMR and the benefits of listening through these videos but she told me i was weird for watching these, so i kept ASMR only to myself since then. Good to know about you Steve.

I wouldn't worry about what some daft French bint says!  Much as I love women, there are occasions where you don't want to listen to a single word coming out of their mouth.  Smile Smile

Steve, again you have impeccable taste. I really like Bob Ross as a nightcap to send me off to sleep. It also unwittingly set me on my ASMR journey.

My favourite ASMR channel is The French Whisperer. He talks in a soothing French lilt about really interesting topics ranging from the history of coffee to Joan of Arc. It's all very educational whilst being fucking chill.

I'd embed one of his videos but I'm such a scrub I don't know how Big Grin

How do you do it again?

*ducks for cover*

Look up in the announcements.  I've uploaded details on how to do it.

Thanks Steve

That was easy and painfully obvious. *facepalm*

Here is the French Whisperer (not Tickler)
