 So this guy right here is obvously very charming , intelligent , confident and seem like he " has it all " He seems like a natural doesnt he? Now if you watch stuff from him he is always very loud , confident ,cocky behaving like an " alpha " and like everything he goes is his playground . On the other hand i read somewhere that he said he is actually very private . likes to be alone , quit and introvert so that would point out to " sigma " wouldn t it? So is this " public behaviour " not authentic is he just putting a mask or a fasade? Is it realistic to actually aspire and want to be like that guy if you work hard enough and with the right mindset of course? i d love to hear your opinions guys .

I have to admit that I haven't seen the videos you're linking to (my internet connection is very poor), but I've spent some time observing Russell Brand and he seems extremely dark triad. I do not deny he has great skills with women, but it comes with a certain price.

Russell Brand was authentic rockstar poet, but declared/found himself an addict to many things - drugs, sex...did a 12 step programme...and is now kind of a spiritual guru. He actually has some cool videos about human connection and stuff...the problem is he fell in love in some new form of socialism/tribalism that would solve our "problems", and he sometimes pushes that. He is open to debate though. Overall a cool guy, I'd say. You may disagree with him but his ramblings can point you to new ideas or force you to "purify" your argument.

PUA often used his "old self" as an example of a bamboozling, verbally skilled guy, and sure, he is a good inspiration in that area. But notice that he himself abandoned his lifestyle.

I see some similarities to myself... and its kinda cool to having that eye on our own patterns of behavior

For the most time of my life I was lacking that selfcociiusness...

word " authentic rockstar " doesnt go hand in hand with " dark triad " that is manipulation , self centered and things like that . To make a complete transformation from dark triad to that in a couple of months or even years is normal or logical? Probably not my friend . On the self improvement part , i watched his youtube videos and everything he said is common knowledge more all the other stuff is  useless rambling more or less .

Apologies for not putting up links, I'm tethering using an already weak connection.

1. Extremely narcissistic - watch the video where his talks about his addiction - he is so invested in his own picture of himself and thinks of his experience as the pinnacle of human knowledge and experience... totally immersed in self-adoration;
2. Completely psychopathic when it comes to political attitudes - check out a video of him insulting Nigel Farage. If England was (it's not yet, will be soon) Soviet Union id 1920s, Brand would wear the same smile watching the kulaks being deported to the Gulag,
3. Machiavellian - watch his discussion with Joe Rogan. When he feels that it's not in his interest to openly talk about the most insane leftist beliefs he holds, he becomes "open to discussion", looks across the studio and carefully selects his position as some sort of a moderate.

I had the (mis)fortune of knowing a man like that in real life. What he does to women, it's witchcraft, 99% od men can't even dream of it. On the other hand, finds himself in very very awkward positions in life, not being able to create any meaningful friendships or relationships.

 no problem my friend . In one of the 2 videos i linked he actually says " I dont have friends i just know a lot of people " and also he says ( while smiling  " joking " or not you decide you decide ) that he doesnt love or like his career that he only does it to " fund my sex antics and sex planns with woman "

Do you think it is possible to has his ways and success with woman he has with the right mindset but without the " dark triad " stuff? Or does it go hand to hand?

Fuck all this Russel Brand bollocks.  Come over to meet me for 5 days in Poland.  I'm confident that after that you won't be thinking / considering this guy ever again.

Interesting. It's quite possibly true, although I wouldn't dare to diagnose based on videos. I'll have to read his book, it's already on my shelf, from what I've seen he admits to a lot of this, if not all, which could be a clever psychopathic maneuver or a sign that he actually is not all that, as he has awareness.
Isn't the stupid stance on immigration kind of an artistic/modern liberal "thing", though? Scoring status points through pathological empathy. Ugly, but very common. He was able to treat Candace Owens pretty fairly in his own podcast and gave her platform. I think he is a narcissist, not sure about the other 2 characteristics, possibly true as well given the lengths he goes to tame his own nature and avoid hurting people.

 That's quite psychopathic, machiavellian interruption. Are you Dark Triad as well?

Kidding, shaggin' birds while Steve drowns in cash is where it's at.
